We are a small family farm that raises and markets Grass Fed Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken & Eggs. We do not feed antibiotics or animal by-products and we do not use hormones. In addition to foraging, our chickens are supplemented with organic grains. We believe in sustainable agriculture and management intensive grazing on pastures free of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers.
When we harvest our animals we bring them to a small family owned facility for processing that is State Inspected by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Our beef is dry aged for 14 days. After dry aging, it is cut, packaged, and frozen fresh. No on farm processing is available.
We offer our meats and eggs through CSA shares, bulk orders, individual item orders by the pound, and beef 1/4's & 1/2's. Please see our PRICE and MEAT CSA pages for details.
We deliver orders and shares to the Minneapolis area every Thursday and one Saturday per month to designated drop locations. Please see our DELIVERY page for more information.
